To help us offer the best experience for all our students and manage our class schedules effectively, we have established the following policy. * This policy applies to ALL properties owned and operated by Threshold Consulting, Inc. In addition, this policy applies to ALL contractors, instructors, clients, classes or training booked on or through thresholdreadiness.com or referred through @prepsafety on ANY social platform we have a presence. Booking & Payment  All classes require full payment at the time of booking to secure your class spot.  Payment is made through our secure online booking system with credit card.  No cashier checks, personal checks or 3rd party checks.  Cash will be accepted only at in-person events such as trade shows.  All pre-scheduled training/ classes must be paid in full for all participants prior to training date or instructors will not attend. Cancellation & Rescheduling  To avoid a fee, we require at least 48 hours' written notice to cancel your class booking.  To avoid a fee, we require at least 48 hours' written notice to reschedule your class booking.  To cancel, please visit the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly at info@thresholdconsulting.org. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be considered a late cancellation.  A fee of 30% of the class cost will be charged for late cancellations.  No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class without prior 48 hours’ written notice, you will be charged the full, *(100% class cost).  Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class for up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without a fee. Refunds  Full Refunds: You will receive a full, *(100% class cost) refund if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance.  Refunds will NOT include special fees, booking fees or travel fees.  No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. Exceptions We understand that unforeseen emergencies or illnesses can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, in writing, to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate you. However, accommodation is at the discretion of Threshold Consulting, Inc.
